A drastic plan is being considered in New South Sales to fix the state's teacher shortage.
A parliamentary committee, headed by NSW One Nation Leader Mark Latham, is promoting a plan to have teachers work from 8am to 5pm, including during school holidays.
The proposal would require staff to stay on school grounds during their work hours in return for a pay increase of at least 10 per cent.
The government approached ' Sky News ' journalists but the criculum only consisted of Labor bashing, Bidens mentality, Harry & Megan and nuclear power for Australia. It was deemed inappropriate.

they deserve only a pay cut no pay rise untill they enhance the education system instead of destroying it further

To get my work done I usually stayed until 5 every day anyway. Plus a few nights a week and 4-5 hours on Sunday afternoons I would work on lessons, grading, calling parents, etc. It’s quiet after the kids leave and that’s the best time to work!

There's no Excuse these days to be uneducated , If you have access to the internet and a Computer / Phone you can find the Answer and Watch the Answer demonstrated again and again , Google is the GREATEST Teacher of them all , There has never been a shortage of Lazy Students , They are everywhere , Even raising a finger to type in a Question is too much for some
