All poker machines in New South Wales will be cashless within the next five years, as Premier Dominic Perrottet's pokies reform passes cabinet.
Alliance for Gambling Reform Chief Advocate Tim Costello says New South Wales has 35 per cent of all the world's pokies in pubs and clubs.
'It is the belly of the beast � it is so accessible,' he told Sky News Australia.
'The cashless card does address that � it's historic.'
