Senator Lidia Thorpe has been 'more than a handful' for the Greens and party leader Adam Bandt should be feeling some relief after she announced her decision to leave the party, according to The Australian Financial Review's Phillip Coorey.
'She has been vehemently opposed to the Voice, wanting to have a treaty first and has basically been at odds with the rest of her colleagues,' he told Sky News Australia.
