A FedEx cargo plane and a Southwest Airlines plane nearly collided at Austin Texas Airport on Saturday. The incident is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board. The near collision is the second close call this year in the United States after two planes nearly crashed into each other at New York's JFK airport.
