Housing market sees 'flurry of activity' post lockdown
REA Group senior economist Eleanor Creagh says there is certainly a 'flurry' of activity in the housing market, particularly in Melbourne post lockdown. 'We're seeing, as we approach Christmas and the selling season cools off, we're getting a little bit of a race from sellers to bring their properties to market,' Ms Creagh told Sky News Australia. 'It's certainly reflected in the big auction numbers we're seeing. This is a welcome development for buyers.' Sponsored content by realestate.com.au
