Former US Vice-President Mike Pence says so many Americans are 'hurting' as he outlined a platform for a potential 2024 presidential bid.
Mr Pence said he believed elections are about the future.
'So many families are struggling � we don't give way to the temptation to look back,' he said in an address in Washington DC.
