To make changes to admit - you know what is wrong. You can't fix what you can't see. That's the problem here. The new director of the Secret Service - has to admit his predecessor and his agents - are not up to the task they are employed for.
And a government agency under fire - for bad decisions. Go into survival mode - they have done "nothing wrong" - is they are only interested in defending the lies - their predecessors told.
That's why - government agencies - really have to be assessed on performance. Do they meet the task they are assigned to do. And they need outside shake down assessment teams. Who don't report to the director of the Secret Service. They report to a performance based auditor.
And the assessment shake down teams - are former military snipers - and high ranking police. Who conduct polygraph tests - physical assessment tests. Medical teams to assess fitness - eye sight - hearing. And military assessors who give them scenario based assessments they must plan - and show they they would run an operation in the field - over a set time frame.
And all aspects of decision making - are assessed. Your only as good - as the people around you.
And high physical level of fitness - decision making - how they assess - sites for political rallies. And areas to be visited by V.I.P.'s.
Given it's well known Secret Service personnel - go to a job - and book prostitutes - for after work. Says - there is nothing very professional in their work ethic.
