Yellow Brick Road Executive Chairman Mark Bouris says falling housing prices is a 'big deal'.
Mr Bouris said there is 41 per cent of 3085 regions in Australia which have seen a decrease in dwelling prices.
'This is significant,' he told Sky News Australia.
'This is a big deal.'
